Speaking of which….why are bikers allowed to ride on a busy road? They don’t pay personal property taxes on their bike!

Their desire to set their PB time up a steep hill on a two lane road doesn’t override 15 car drivers duty to get to work on time!

How many of those cyclists do you think DONT own at least one vehicle?  And guess what.  You could leave five minutes earlier if it's that big of a deal to you.

Share the road with a bike and be respectful.  Its called exercise.  I've never been inconvenienced anywhere near like you guys carry on.

I have a far bigger problem with the temp tags that are 2 years old, the back-firing muffler packs on a stupid '93 Nissan Sentra, and the motorcycles zipping through traffic at a 50 mph differential where a lane doesn't exist.  Left-lane cruise controllers on an interstate who never get over.   Also, the increasingly blatant disregard drivers have for pedestrians using a cross-walk.  I've nearly been run over several times walking the dog while in a crosswalk.

Exactly.  I've had close calls walking into Wal-Mart.  Those rolling coal smoke billowing diesel cartoon pickups are another matter altogether.  PEOPLE!  We all breathe that air!

And you know it's the same ones that have a "watch for motorcycles" sticker plastered on everything they own.

I used to ride my bike to work - about ten miles one way - every day.  Spokane to Reeds Spring Junction/Branson West.  A nice ride is a great way to get ready mentally for the work day.  I stopped at a C-store one day going home to get a coffee when it was freezing rain   Older woman walking in when I rode up said "You poor thing.  Did you lose your license?"  I am sure this is a thing you will never get or like.  But hey, we all have our likes and dislikes.

I can say getting from point A to point B on a bike is not the same as in a car or truck.

If you want to ride on the road you have to abide by all the rules of driving on the road.

FR 186 is a lot better.  So is Smyrna Road to Parch Corn& Cottonwood.  But Cottonwood has a couple of serious hills as does Smyrna east of Parch Corn.

I frequent parched corn a Smyrna, I live in Waterford and my parents live over by Linden, so im always in between on those back roads
