fishinwrench Posted January 30 Posted January 30 The Superbowl and the Bass Masters Classic.... Two events that I'm highly interested in, but have no desire to attend. The coverage of both events is better on TV than it would be in real life. Flysmallie, Terrierman and BilletHead 3
Dutch Posted January 30 Posted January 30 Yep there is no “what was that”, pause and rewind in person. Besides tickets are 8 grand and up. I could buy 2 new Humminbirds for that.

Started pouring rain and wasn't letting up so we left. They went ahead and played. I have just as much fun watching Springfield Cardinals. oneshot
oneshot 1 Posted February 12 Author Posted February 12 Well seems I gave up on the Chiefs too fast. I hadn't watched a game all year then decided to watch the Super Bowl. Chiefs weren't playing well and Half Time show to me wasn't all that so I changed channels. oneshot
fishinwrench Posted February 12 Posted February 12 Never count them out ! The Chiefs are famous for having all of their followers simultaneously jumping up and down, screaming in the middle of the living room floor. 😅👍 Johnsfolly and Terrierman 2
Quillback Posted February 12 Posted February 12 I knew as long as the game was close the Chiefs would pull it out in the end. Johnsfolly 1

Johnsfolly Posted February 12 Posted February 12 My dad worked as a business consultant for an influential Asian family and he received a sizable bonus the year that the Steelers played the Cardinals in superbowl XLIII. He took my brother and I to the game. I don't see me ever being able to do that for my kids or grandkids. We did have a great time. I partially repaid him with a couple of tickets for a Chiefs game that were on the 45 yd line 7 rows from the Steelers sideline. Now he did buy the rest of the family tickets so we all could see the game. ness, Daryk Campbell Sr, snagged in outlet 3 and 3 others 6
