Last weekend at the farm, I was taking a leak and a hummingbird decided to take a golden shower.  Sucker came out of no where and started ducking in and out of the flowing stream.  Better than aiming for a cheerio....

That mole was bigger than some of the trout I caught the last time Susie and I fished the parks!

Scud bite is crazy below FC this morning.

Starting to hear cicadas in the trees last evening... it's starting

Saw a few cicadas here in St. Francois county on my morning walk.

Out at sunrise and rode with my buddy in his boat.    Boats everywhere so we decided to fish Cooper on down.  No picture worthy fish and only caught a few small fish.  Very slow!!    We only fished a couple hours since I was driving home today.  
Cicadas where really chirping down there and my buddies boat at Cooper had 4 in it this morning.  I’ll be back after Mother’s Day.     I forgot to ask if @Johnsfolly has a mole on his life list.😂.   This guy was next to me at the light on the way out.

That was some of the best fishing I have seen.

Looks like some of the peak Caddis/Sulphur action we have here on the White.

Thx.  I’m going back after Mother’s Day.   I’ve made the drive over to White Hole a few times.  I might have to do it again.

Really slow this evening.  But they always do this after it goes from big flow and warmer water to slow, colder water.
