Gavin Posted February 29, 2020 Posted February 29, 2020 Avacado makes most things better. Found some year old carnitas vac packed in the freezer the other day. Still good on a tortilla, with some red onion pickeled in salt & lime, tomato slices, avacado, grated queso, and salsa. Last night was a cheap rolled pork butt roast that I covered with Shawarma seasoning last Sunday, wrapped it, then tossed in the fridge. Cooked it to 155-160. Will do again!
