crazy4fishin Posted March 10, 2017 Posted March 10, 2017 Wow - the story line in "Split Ring Pliers 2 - the treble with life" is even better than the original release! The story line has me wondering...... will Vernon overcome his fear and make peace with the new pliers? Is an intervention necessary by the group...who will the evil treble strike at next....pushing its barbed unrelenting tentacle deep into the unprotected flesh of a foot and holding on until the string method of exorcism is performed!?!? OMG - I really need to go fishing!! C4F big c, abkeenan, Mitch f and 7 others 10 Crazy4fishinA Cornhusker

And from the sounds of it so far, it WILL definitely be an epic! Who woulda thunk? Champ188 and crazy4fishin 2 "Never underestimate the power of stupid people in large groups." Smalls21 Posted March 10, 2017 Posted March 10, 2017 i could have used a pair of those pliers a couple weeks ago, when my dog got the front and rear trebles of a RC Stick embedded in his front and back legs. crazy4fishin 1

And that was from replacing ONE treble hook a few years back! Prolly not good for your golf grip either. Champ188, Ham and vernon 3

Now we have introduced a dog.....no better way to tug at the heart strings of the audience than to introduce "Spanky" the fishing dog - does Spanky become a service dog for Vernon? (As we all know this type of assistance dog specifically is trained to help people who have disabilities, such as visual impairment, hearing impairments, mental illnesses (such as splitplieritis stress disorder (SPTSD), mobility impairment, and diabetes.) As we all know this affects 10 out of every 6 fisher people according to the latest government study when searched on Google. As Vernon has flashbacks of ripped fingernails, slashed fingertips, hemorrhaging blisters , hand cramps and uncontrollable fits of emotional rage when he opens his Whopper Plopper Plano 3700 and sees not two but at times.........THREE treble hooks!! (que music). Spanky is there to bring comfort and quiet to the chaos! C4F Quillback, Bass Yakker and Champ188 3 Crazy4fishinA Cornhusker

By the way, my dog's name in real life is Abby-normal. She was named after the "donor" of the abnormal brain in the movie classic "Young Frankenstein". You might remember when Igor erroneously substituted this brain for the brilliant brain that he accidentally dropped and destroyed while at the Brain Bank! She's a 90 lb. chocolate lab and has proven the title to be most appropriate to this point in her life. Might add an attractive special interest type story for the background. ET would likely eat it up! Quillback, crazy4fishin and Champ188 3 "Never underestimate the power of stupid people in large groups." George Carlin "The only money ever wasted is money never spent."
