I had to research that, evidently a new since we had TV occurrence. But if the golf spectators are going to shout they have lost me as a fan, the whole attraction was the quiet hum. I can get by with a fan.

I love golf. It's a good place for all the people I don't like. If there wasn't golf they might think they should be fishing. We already have our quota on annoying people in fishing.

Don't know what your beef is. Great event for STL and most good golf is at  private clubs. Figure that every Golf club takes a ton of folks off your river, your lake, your CG.

Spent the day there and it was quite nice; have been to US Opens, PGAs and WGC events as well and the comments above are not reflective of golf in the world today.  All shapes and sizes, nationalities, and creeds.  Yes, there are corporate tents for those entertaining clients but even that has become much less a phenomenon than it once was.  I even had to PAY for my tickets this year 🤔....

It’s like anything else, if it’s not for you - don’t go.  Just like I don’t do much carp fishing....I am however, now headed to the lake ..

Bellerive has had a non disrimination policy and black members since about 1990. Not a member but know a few. Great time there today!
