Going by memory... for me, not the best thing to do.

I looked into the FelGirl issue further and it seems there was some question about this member's IP locations.  I'd have to visit with MoCarp and see how I handled it - I can't remember.  But I do have to walk back my statement about FelGirl being a spammer... she is not.  What threw me off is most of her IP locations were from NY, NY.

Sorry, I've made this bigger than it needs to be.  As for banning, I'm not going to get in to past cases because they've been dealt with and forgotten.  All this should be put to bed too.

and THAT is the rub, slitting and sinking or "culling" is an expectable part of the Bfing world I have files with over 5000 cases of wanton waste and have documented that here on many occasions, many events that kill and dumpster 100's of thousands of pounds of of carp, bowfin, buffalo gar and catfish

The greater Bfing community has many foes not just euro carp anglers, alligator gar advocates, catfisherman, Muskie anglers, coastal red fishermen and of late the sting ray advocates ( the whole maryland fiasco)

its too easy for someone with a few too many to make bad judgement, not many methods of harvest can take 400# of fish in a few hours, limits alone would help but your not supposed to harvest more than 20 "native" rough fish in Missouri or 2x that till they are used most or John Q public have issue with wanton waste as bad as silver carp are and are a bane to all sport fishing, the push back on Creve Coeur lake fish removal fish being put in a landfill when the fish could be eaten...even the draining and renovating Schell lake (was to be expected with all the eat the carp campaigns)

as far as felicia like many before her the "crew" ran her right off OAF like a few others before her

Didn't see where he said that but I tried to send one and it said he could not receive any.  There is a limit on bites used on each account but his has been turned off.  I have no way to communicate with him except through the forum board.
