straw hat Posted December 7, 2018 Posted December 7, 2018 I have a few simple questions about buying guns. Lets start with an easy one. The stores will not let you buy a gun, test fire it and if you don't like it take it back. How in the heck are you to try out a weapon before you buy it?
nomolites Posted December 7, 2018 Posted December 7, 2018 Handguns can often be run for the cost of the ammo or a nominal rental at many ranges; I recently tried out a P320 compact while at my local range...and that is likely going to cost me the price of a new one before I’m done 😬. Mike
snagged in outlet 3 Posted December 7, 2018 Posted December 7, 2018 All of the indoor ranges around here have rentals very cheap just for this reason. At least the popular models.
fishinwrench Posted December 7, 2018 Posted December 7, 2018 I can't help but get pissy everytime someone calls a gun a "weapon". It isn't a weapon until you use it as one. Daryk Campbell Sr and Smalliebigs 1 1
MOPanfisher Posted December 7, 2018 Posted December 7, 2018 Friends, ask around someone probably has one. Guns, firearms, weapons, bang sticks etc, call em whatever makes you happy. snagged in outlet 3 and MOstreamer 1 1
Dutch Posted December 7, 2018 Posted December 7, 2018 What are you interested in owning? I have a Ruger stainless 40 cal that I'd part with. Comes with case, holster and 2 clips. If you are interested I'd let you test fire it at my farm.

Considering guns "Weapons" is what got us all into the mess we're in where Guns are concerned. A dude on the airgun forum always calls them "weapons" and I'd like to shove a dirty sock down his throat so he can call that a weapon too.
snagged in outlet 3 Posted December 7, 2018 Posted December 7, 2018 I saw a movie where a guy used some can goods as a weapon.
aarchdale@coresleep.com Posted December 8, 2018 Posted December 8, 2018 I watched my 3 year old use his bike as a weapon on his mom the other day tho1mas and Terrierman 2
