I should be gettin em in smoker in the next week or so. Temps are starting to fall = good cheese smoking weather

Whoever is bringing the buns, please bring a bunch of hot dog buns too please.

Don't know about you guys but I like to put some grated cheese and chopped onion on top of the chili dog - I can sign up to bring that stuff.
