I have created my own HOA around here, and since I am the one everyone seeks help from when they have a problem....I have elected myself president.  No legal documents needed, they know if they don't keep their sloppiness at a reasonable level then they can't depend on me for ANYTHING anymore.

That was fairly tactful FW I am impressed. I am probably the guy the neigh or complain about but since I don't have anything like a HOA, more of a HCBT (hey can I borrow that). Usually it's my tractor they want to borrow, but that's a no go for me.  I will however be happy to come over and do whatever you need done.  I will break my own toys thank you.

Wish I was.  I have to ride herd on some of these folks around here.  😎   Good people, some of them just don't understand lawnmowers, weedeaters, rakes, and trash bags. 🙄 

They are more concerned with not missing church on Sundays, Wednesdays, and Fridays because demons keep tampering with their mailboxes and they don't want them moving any closer to their house.

We have HOA at our place at Warsaw . The Board was put out for stealing but I kid you not they brought Pistols and bullied their way back in.

I’ve done decided they leave me alone, I live the way I want, I no longer have a reason to go to a meeting.

Hi Cap Rifles Trump Pistols any day.  Pistols are for sneaking around or backup when you run out of all the rifle ammo you are carrying.

I will never live anywhere with an HOA. It’s not that I’m a pig or can’t abide by some rules. I just don’t like the asshats that it creates. Friend of mine had to get improvements to his deck approved by his HOA. It’s impossible to see it unless you are in his backyard. Pass.
