Dance has some of the funniest bloopers ever caught live.

I’d say 80 to 90 percent are staged.

I won’t tell you what a big group of guides in Mexico told us about Jimmy one night but he’s no longer welcome on their lake. But since the Mexican cartels have taken over that area I don’t think it will be an issue.

There are some great fishing shows from other countries on YouTube. They aren’t constantly being a commercial and they show actual mishaps that happen. It’s different but at least it’s entertaining.

I for one would really like to know what the guides said about Jimmy.

Dance wore a Volunteer hat and Orlando wore a Braves hat. I think Orlando was on TBS which might explain the Braves hat. Ted Turner owned TBS and the Braves for that matter.

I always liked watching Harold Ensley with my dad. Seems like it was the only show like it at the time. Fishing all over for all kinds of fish, and hunting birds too. Maybe it’s still the only show with that variety. Anyway, good memories of a simpler time.

Jimmy is a different kind of Kat. He is Very, very opinionated. There would be no Jimmy Houston without Forrest Wood

Worked the Oklahoma Sports Show with him 2 or 3 times. He would contradict you in a NY minute in front of anyone. He was strictly a power fisherman and for the most part his way or the road way.

I tried to avoid him  and got by fine.

Gentleman in Des Moines who more or less taught me to fish did a couple shows with Jimmy. Called him Old Jimmy Jump Back. John had some interesting stories. Make of it what you will.

Saw Jimmy at a show in the 80s in Iowa have what today would be an instant cancellation moment. Both hoo and boy 😬.

None of them were just tryin' to get by, being quiet and shy.  I favored Jerry McKinnis and his "Fishin' Hole".

I can't dance like I used to.
