i am with you bill.  i have even heard a competitor say, he is going to drive around and see where the leader is fishing.  now if someone showed up with not prior knowledge that would be one thing.  but, knowing who is catching them is a problem that needs to be addressed.

I think the coolest thing ever was the old "Match Bass Fishing" format.... if anybody remembers that.  

2 guys in a boat, they flipped for the first or second half of the day in which each had control of the boat.    Double elimination through the field, until the end.     

Now THAT was cool !  

Why that format lost steam and quit becoming a thing..... I'll never understand.

It's still on.   Everywhere but Gravois Mills I guess😂

From what I’m hearing thru the grape vine starting next year contestants will only know how many ounces or pounds you are out of the lead. You won’t know who the leader is. We’ll know watching but the contestants won’t and that will take all impropriety out of the equation.
