My buddy was out on the lake today, the guys from KY showed up again to fish the deep fish.  He talked to them, they had 11 and change yesterday which they said was good for 29th.  

This morning they had 2 in the well.  They are using Livescope and dropping a spoon on them when they seem the.  What was interesting is they told my buddy that if they see only one on the screen, it won't bite.  See a group of 4 or 5 and they'll come after it.  Gotta eat that "shad" before one of their buddies gets it.

Again there is a money restriction for this tournament. People that have won I believe its $50,000 in their lifetime fishing here do not qualify.   Can't fish.  Lots of the top locals just cant fish as they are on top of that in winnings. Blevins is NOT FISHING, that's his dad. Blevins fishes a Bass Cat. His dad is fishing out if a bass pro product that Blevins won and sold to him, to qualify on Bull Shoals.  I'm sure he is fishing young Blevins fish. 

Also heard. A-Rig. Period. 

Don't think for one second that you can't fish it 40' to 60' thru deep fish. Works good anytime there feeding on shad regardless of depth. 

Ask Blevins.

It really sucks for Merc owners relying on warranty replacement.  

They're boatless until possibly June..... unless they wanna trade for a complete new rig, in which case they are only boatless until February.  🤭

Pretty sucky that a MILLION DOLLAR tournament would allow A-rigs when half of the club-level and even jackpot/tailgate weigh-in events ban it. Guess Johnny needed to sell some more rigs, leadheads, swim baits, super glue, etc.
