Lap Dog Anyone Have One

I’m wanting a Small Dog Pup.

Thinking my Beagle will teach it the ropes. The Beagle is 13 years old. I’m wanting a Puppy that will grow small. The Beagle is 35 pounds I’m wanting something that will get much smaller.

Any "dog" smaller than a Bassett or a beagle is nothing but a cat, that eats from the litterbox instead of pooping in it.

My aunt had the meanest chihuahua ever.   We called it boomerang.  No matter how far you kicked it, it always came back.  Tough little bastard too.

Every dog I ever owned was a lap dog to some extent.  German Shepards all thought they were, border collie figures she is too.

Our three Irish Setters were ALL "lap dogs".  Our 198 lb. English Mastiff tried to be but only did a heavy lean on your legs when seated.  darn, do I ever miss all of them !

I've had a lot of Jack Russells.  They're hard to keep.  Like to roam, hunt and dog fight if they're worth their salt.  They need fenced yard and no cats or chickens around.  They were bred to get fox in their dens in England and it's still deep in that breed.

For a lap dog, you can't beat a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel.  They're like a bit smaller and a lot smarter Cocker Spaniel.
