Ryan Miloshewski Posted January 4, 2022 Posted January 4, 2022 Well, tested positive for Covid for the second time today. Same day as last year. Weird. This round is not as fun. Fever, headache, chills, aches and chest congestion. Question is for those of you who've had it: what OTC treatments helped the symptoms for you? I'm taking acetaminophen, Mucinex and downing PediaLyte. It's a virus so not much you can do but manage. Guess I will not be going to Arkansas this weekend. Hopefully can kick this quickly and get a few more days of duck season in. gotmuddy Posted January 4, 2022 Posted January 4, 2022 If your already sick its really too late for any kind of OTC treatment to do much. I would just keep what your doing and if you get worse go to the doctor. If you have the new variant it sounds like a very high percentage of people who get it have relatively mild symptoms Ryan Miloshewski 1 everything in this post is purely opinion and is said to annoy you.
Smalliebigs Posted January 4, 2022 Posted January 4, 2022 Natural immunity from getting the Virus and getting over it is such a infinitely higher level of immunity than the shots they are testing on you guys. I am extremely grateful for getting Covid and getting over it and moving on. Most of my immediate family our physicians and run busy practices or are ICU Neurologists. They all were forced into a shot and they are the only people I know who have had Covid more than once. They are also exposed to it on a daily basis for the most part as well. The reengineering of your immune systems have been completed by getting a non attenuated shot. Jthawks and Huntingducks117 2

I have a low fever and aches, that's the biggest issue right now. gotmuddy 1 “To those devoid of imagination a blank place on the map is a useless waste; to others, the most valuable part.”--Aldo Leopold

For what it's worth, I had it last year at this time and here we are. Root Admin Phil Lilley Posted January 4, 2022 Root Admin Posted January 4, 2022 You opened the box… you knew you were going to get all kinds of opinions including ones you disagree with. I had it 2 months ago. I got the infusion 5 days in and it really helped. But refer to your doctor. snagged in outlet 3, tjm, fishinwrench and 2 others 3 2
gotmuddy Posted January 4, 2022 Posted January 4, 2022 So far all but 1person I know with Omicron variant was vaccinated. I am not starting anything, nor pointing fingers, but I am curious. @Ryan Miloshewski you are vaccinated correct? everything in this post is purely opinion and is said to annoy you.
DADAKOTA Posted January 4, 2022 Posted January 4, 2022 VAxxed or unvaxxed doesn't really matter. Hope you get to feeling better quick Ryan. Hoping to kill some South Zone ducks myself. Terrierman and Ryan Miloshewski 1 1
snagged in outlet 3 Posted January 4, 2022 Posted January 4, 2022 Monoclonal antibodies are tough to get right now. All of the sudden they are in short supply. Plenty of shots though.
