Dude “I’m assuming”, your response tells me all i need to know about you. Like i mentioned, you are the type that blindly posts without a factual basis. Your half arsed response to my comment isn’t worth responding to. AND, you don’t fish TR, and use only electric motors. Seriously, why did you even respond at all to ANY ONE on this section?

Because I can

If you don't fish Table Rock not sure why you are here trolling.

Based on most of your comments and unfounded accusations you must not have much faith in your common man. Didn't know a 400+ boat tournament could cause someone to cast judgement on people that participate or operate the tournament that they are greedy, amoral, environment killing anti-conservationists and downright opportunistic thieves.

Now I'm a troll? Y'all seem to like calling me names here. What a great forum 🙄

So listen up people , if you don't fish table Rock and make a post you're considered a troll by the locals. Be careful what you say here you don't want to say anything they might disagree with. That just brings out the name calling.

I can form an opinion about people , any opinions. Who the hell are you to judge me?

And, a thief. Yep, he said that too. 😁

If you don't like me, then put me on the ignored list.  You are obviously trying to inflict negativity towards me on purpose.

Fish 24/7 can correct me if I'm wrong, but my take on the thief comment was that the presence of large tournaments often draws thieves to said lake. Has happened quite often in the past. Just ask Vernon or any number of victims at tourneys on LOZ.

I do not know about anyone else's exhaust, but mine is out of the water big time when I am running down the lake. How does that leave a exhaust trail in the water?

fish24/7 must be eating those medical gummies.

I'm not defending the exhaust pollution stance but let's be factual here ... I don't know of any modern outboard that doesn't exhaust thru the prop hub. Wrench?

Like I said to Ketchup if you guys don't wanna see my posts, ignore me. But the rude personal comments need to stop.

Agreed. This is a "forum" and as long as it's America, everyone has a right to tactfully express their opinion regardless of what the radical left may do/say.

Hey- I’m the radical left and I think fish has some valid points… LOL

Seriously, Fish is a friend of mine, I’ve fished with him several times over many years, including in a couple derbies. He has at times nearly single handedly kept the Lower Bull Shoals forum alive with reports and information. I may not always agree with him 100 percent, but he’s got every right to post here without personal attacks. Disagree all you want with him, Lord knows I do at times, but let’s keep the debate as civil as possible, so we don’t have to be “moderated”.

And yes, thieves often take advantage of big tournaments in the area, I’ve been hit myself the night of a tourney.

It happens.

Ok. If your exhaust is all the way out of the water, how if your motor getting cooling, because unless you have drilled the bucket out and vented it, the prop shaft where the exhaust comes out is below the water intakes.

And nothing wrong with a medical gummy as needed. It’s legal. It greatly helps some folks. Beats the hell out of opiate withdrawals.

I think fish’s exhaust trail comment was a little bit hyperbole, but take a look at the color of the rocks on the bank at TR or Bull Shoals and compare them to the color of the bank at LOZ and tell me again boat traffic has no environmental effect.

As a local, the idea that this is just "one big event a year" couldn't be further from the truth. There has been complaints about amount of pressure for over a month by people out there fishing everyday. The amount of pressure is growing every year and its not just the one 400+ boat tournament. I would highly doubt any local businesses are making or breaking their year on the 3 days of the BBT. In fact, most of their cash cow shows up late next month.

At this point, to my knowledge, there is nothing stopping this event from being a weekly or monthly shindig. LOZ does something 2x/year, Grand 1x/year, BBT is multiple lakes. Heck smaller outfits are even running this type of tournament. Who would consider Holiday Island a location for a big bass tournament setup but they do it. Obviously there is a ROI so what prevents it from becoming a one big event a year to a non-stop onslaught.

I think Fish's concern is that he is just a hop-skip-n-jump away on a lake that was much like TRL was years ago and he gets where things are headed and he doesn't like it.
