Laker67's book is available.  It's a quick read, but I hope you enjoy it.  He put his heart into these recollections.

Who am I to sleep... just finished it up.   What a great read, and a greater man. 

Sandy I ran into a young man the other day up here in Ofallon. We started talking trout fishing and he said he learned to sight fish after Rick showed him the ropes and he even caught his biggest trout ever on one of his flies... Such a small world and Rick touched many lives for sure.
