Cold feet

So as i was walking out the door to sit in the woods today, i heard the Amazon lady drop off a package. After this weekend telling my lady that my feet were cold, she did as usual and had something sent. I put them on, turned on the power button, and never had cold feet again. I think i will like these.

My mom bought me a pair of heated socks once.  They took a D battery and kept my feet nice and toasty for 5-7 hours. 

Then one day my bird dog ate one of them, and for a week I had to keep snipping pieces of yellow and black wire from his butt hole until it all worked its way out.

I had a pair if thise socks they were toasty warm.  Wonder what ever happened to them.

Wrench, if you would shower more than bi-weekly that dog wouldn’t eat up your socks. They like smelly stuff.

Being in a rush yesterday when i put them on, I didn’t notice they had settings for heat. It wasn’t to cold out in the blind, but my feet were sweating on the high mode. Going to have them on for this afternoon hunt. Gotta go do some work stuff this morning. 
 

Like most things nowadays, there is an app you can control your socks with your phone. Go figure.

I haven't even figured out how to get voice mail on my smart phone,  I'd have cold feet if I had to depend on the phone,

I guarantee that sock smelled better before he ate it, than it did afterwards. 🥴

Big hands Rob had a pair of these on opening weekend.   We tried to hijack the phone controls so we could roast him out of his boots. 😆 That guy hates being cold and has top notch cold weather gear. 

Me I layered up and hunted in my old camo hoodie...
