Sooo....good day of fishing bad day weighing anything...I am hoping for that participation trophy 🏆 though.

But I did stop at the weigh in and I bought the most expensive brat in North America....$12 and it did not include any fries, chips, kiss or a handshake!!! It did come in a nice plastic container with a few condiments though.

Does anyone in that line of waiting vehicles get out and talk to the yakkers?  Or does everyone sit there and fume?  If I've got someone blocking a ramp, and it does happen from time to time, I'll walk up and ask them what's going on.  Usually that will work, sometimes not, but it at least makes them aware of what they are doing.

I'll admit that I'm old and cranky but for gosh sakes, why should someone have to get out and politely TALK to someone to let them know they are blocking the ramp. Can they not SEE they are blocking it? Just my opinion, but it's just like everywhere else in life these days, they don't give a flying fornication about you or the others behind you.

@Big Bass Tour thanks for putting on the event - myself + 2 in the boat had a great time. We really enjoy the format.

I didn’t catch any money bass but one of my partners did 4.57#, so count that as a win.

We caught lots and lots of fish, many in the the 2.5-3# range. Part of our issue may have been that we couldn’t pull ourselves away from the biting pre-spawn smallmouth in the lower lake. Almost all of our fish came off of a wacky rigged senko. Mixed depth but about 10’ all the way up to the bank. When the wind picked up (and did it ever) we caught a few keepers on a spinner as well.

With the wind we didn’t want to get too far from the weigh in at Long Creek so fished anywhere between the back of Long Creek to Cow Creek area.

Just when I start to feel better about BP they as usual pull crud like that.

Amazing.

It's not a Bass pro problem, it's an American problem.

I have said this before about jetski drivers, wake boats, ignorant tourney fishermen, and now kayakers: Spray Where They Breed. I wasn't kidding.

Could you please post a location map of all of the entries that were in this year’s tournament? I thought it was interesting to look at when you posted it last year.

My dad and I were the only entrants from Louisiana last year. But, we are coming back this weekend for another week of gettin em.

My dad cashed a 10th place  check and a 4th. I cashed a 4th also. We had a great time as this is our 5th year fishing the tournament.

We appreciate the way the event is run and will be another entry next year.
