Our company is doing the mechanical on a new $3.5M, 16K sq/ft Pickleball building a local racquet club is adding to their complex. Our part is only $200K, the rest is divvied between grading, concrete, steel erection, roofing, siding, framing, drywall, fire protection, communication, security, electrical, painting, landscape and asphalt contractors. Plus office/support staff at all those places (like me).

If that's communism, count me in.
