Honestly, even as far down as ruark, the water isnt terrible.  Id say about 3 feet but that was sunday before the storms last night.  it just keeps getting more clear the further north you go.

I finally pulled the trigger on a new ride.  Got it out Wednesday last week and it catches walleye as well as the zv18 did.  Ended up with a nitro Zv 20 with a 300 pro xs.  Really love the boat and ride.  Maybe a little too much motor for this guy.  Also just got back from lake Erie the first stop on the National Walleye Tour finished 10th out of 140 boats as a co angler.   So pretty darn good week for me.

And it has been that way for at least 3 weeks now.  I noticed it back on the 5th of April when we were fishing the Big Bass.  It started just above Aunts creek and only got worse the closer to hideaway.   We Imediately turn around and went to cleaner water just because we didnt want to risk it.  I had a buddy that fished in it all weekend that week,  They caught fish on friday and saturday  it just quit. They moved to the white sunday.

I as well ordered 6 packs and loved the colors.  I went for just that bluegill colored one for the uniqueness of them and left with 2 other shad colors in both sizes.  Very well packaged like everyone has said and fast shipping as well.  I also ordered on of those buzz rigs just because it looked interesting.  Not sure where of IF I will even ever use it but still have it now.  Very nice work!!

I saw that also. Then I tried to send a message and congratulate him but he can't receive messages so when he reads this, congrats because Friday and Saturday we struggled to find good fish! However on Sunday we absolutely smashed them. I caught a 5.33 that was good for a second place and got beat out in the last one second by the eventual winner. It was the only black we caught all day long. But we probably had 25 keeper Smallmouth that made it absolutely crazy. Our best five was about 19.75. That was with four Smallmouth and the one black. I'd say we had 10 to 15 Smallmouth over 3 and 1/2 lb. One of the best days we've ever had honestly for just fishing.
