Just remember that if you're a passenger, and the guy driving the boat gets thrown out and the boat drifts/blows away.....you can't legally fire the motor back up and go retrieve him. 😊 

 

Actually the kill switch lanyard law is a good one.  Nothing is scarier than a boat doing 40+ mph circles while people are in the water nearby.

How they plan to enforce it is a mystery though.  🙄
