I think my wife gave the surgeon a months boat payment to let her do that to me when I was knocked out.

Welcome back, and here’s to a speedy recovery!!

In the spirit of a fresh start.

The robins are back.  Probably had a good flock of 30 birds out back today.  I notice it every year.   They seem to come back north when the ground thaws enough to get worms.  They’ll disappear again with a cold snap but it’s nice to see.

Neither head injury coverup and denial, nor kneeling prima donnas were enough to keep me from watching NFL football. But the Pats in the Super Bowl mean I’ll be doing something else that Sunday. Don’t like them...Brady, Bilichek, Gronk, Giselle and the rest. They’ve won too much, and need to share. 😄 Don’t remember who’s doing halftime, but if it’s like the last few years I won’t be missing a thing.

Thoughts?

Super bowl halftime hopefully will be without any wardrobe malfunctions . Not sure how I feel about watching the Super Bowl. Dislike the Pats and last year's commercials weren't great. so no real interest this year.

Ever since AB sold to the Brazilians or Belgians or whomever, they just don’t produce great Super Bowl or Christmas commercials. Tragic.

Well I spent about 20 years of my life living in Massachusetts, so I give a big NEENER, NEENER to you Pats haters.  There were many years of wretched football for that team before they got on this run.  I remember the 1981 "Stupor Bowl", when the winless Pats played the one-loss Colts in the last game of the season, the loser got the number one pick in the draft.  The Pats "won" as in lost, used the first pick on Kenneth Sims, who was a bust.

I don't remember who is doing halftime either, I always skip the halftime show too.
