included in the daily limit of the taker for the
day when taken except as authorized in sub-
section (3)(E) of this rule.

This says that only in a bonafide tournament can fish be culled, so what kind of sportsman does this daily or encourages it?

They will cheat every chance they get. I’m not saying they all cheat but there are some bad apples out there and there is more going on than we can imagine.

In all of my years of tournament fishing I can honestly say that I never felt cheated, or suspected anyone that I fished against had cheated.  

My partner and I got hung up on a polygraph test once because they drilled us about "was your partner within sight of you all day" and my partner had hopped out at an access to run up and go poop......and obviously I didn't join him in the $#ithouse.    They finally let it slide,  but it took an hour of deliberating about whether it was ok that we couldn't answer that question truthfully or not.

the more money involved the better chance someone will cheat, LMB virus was most likely spread via tourney live wells or release boats, once it devastates a few lakes perhaps then mandatory changes will get put in place

Maybe it never happened in the tournaments you fished but I know of three times that it happened with tournaments that I was in. And I’ve r ad about many more. The worst thing is when the tournament director refuses to do anything about it or worse lies to cover it up because that’s easier than dealing with it. 

At least with the format the kayak guys are using it would be more difficult if not impossible.

I find it totally opposite. Seems that it would be a very easy way to cheat.  Maybe im just clueless on their actual rules.

Do you suppose they cheat on their taxes, golf score and their wives every chance they get too?  Lifetime ban if caught.
