Members CarpSlayer Posted January 20, 2019 Members Posted January 20, 2019 What's the best jigs to use on table rock. Do you guys buy custom or off the shelf?
aarchdale@coresleep.com Posted January 20, 2019 Posted January 20, 2019 My favorite were the pigsticker Snowden's, but they quit making them. But they are suppose to have a new one coming out from 5ive Fish Lures . Also cant go wrong with Nutech. Caught a lot of fish on both
Champ188 Posted January 21, 2019 Posted January 21, 2019 Any quality 5/16 or 3/8 ounce finesse jig with a collar cut skirt in green pumpkin/orange or brown with a green pumpkin Zoom Lil Critter Craw trailer (pinch off two rings from the main body) will work as good as anything day in and day out. Quillback Posted January 21, 2019 Posted January 21, 2019 I've been using the Nutech jigs a lot this year, they don't get hung up near as often and have great hooks. big c, Daryk Campbell Sr, abkeenan and 2 others 5

I like that green pumpkin and blue grass jig with a Paca slim a whole lot. I can't think of a fish that I've caught on one that wasn't hooked between the nose holes. It's not the only jig I throw by any means, but I like it a lot. Quillback and big c 2
vernon Posted January 21, 2019 Posted January 21, 2019 Over the last forty plus years of fishing Table Rock I've used probably at least five of every single kind of jig ever concocted but have converted almost 100% to the NuTech grass jig. I also really liked the "original" NuTech's but the grass jig just seems to work better for my kind of fishing. Whatever the heck that means...... Those suckers just don't hang up as much and when they do I always seem to be able to shake 'em loose. abkeenan, eyedabassman and big c 3 "Never underestimate the power of stupid people in large groups."
