Will we ever really get the full truth of how this virus originated?

I've read articles that say it evolved naturally.  I'm a professional skeptic and did not find the proofs offered to support that conclusion convincing.  IF it's a lab construct, would you expect any government that was involved or knew it was to ever say so out loud?  Conspiracy theory I know.  I am coming down on the same side as knowing what happens when we die.  Insufficient data.

I was thinking. I know dangerous but I believe in the next week this will basically be over.

It has occurred to me that I know several people that had Coronavirus Symptoms back in early January, they went to the Doctor and the Doctor couldn’t figure what was wrong. They got over this. Interesting??????

Want to bet?  I've got two 3" turkey loads that say next week it's worse than ever.

Now that I am hearing that there are cases of re-infection I am of the belief that it was created by man.

everything in this post is purely opinion and is said to annoy you.

Just got back from my weekly trip to WalMart World.

There was not a line to get in, I got there about 0830 and there were not enough people to exceed the capacity numbers.  And for the BIG news they had both hand sanitizer AND TP.  Very limited supply and no choice, the hand sanitizer comes in a 34 OZ bottle and the TP in a 1 pack.  So I got a bottle of HS and a pack of TP.  I now have plenty and can offer some to friends and relatives should they need some, but I am hoping we are over the hump as far as hoarding.

They also had plenty of eggs and pretty much everything was relatively well stocked except for canned soup, there was soup available but not much variety.

Angel Soft TP and it says on the package that it both Soft AND Strong.  I guess I'll find out.

Yeah I'm just repeating what they are telling me.   Even with there info its hard to gauge the seriousness of it all...

Myself and my family are taking it seriously.   I'm prepped for a while, just trying to figure out at what point do we bug out south...

going South??? do you have a place in the South???...I wish I did. For the record I made no political agenda based statements here that was all Coldwaterfisher. In my eyes all government entities SUCK whether they are left or right but, I laugh at people who pray to either side of the isle like a lemming.

We just made a very important decision in my family's lives as we had my wife resign from her position as NP. It is not worth the risk as she is not being provided the PPE she needs to be safe. I really feel bad for my friends who have family members working in the ICU at SLU and BJC taking care of infected people who will make them sick.

We have saved money over the last 10 years and have bought a few pieces of property out in areas I feel more comfortable. We have just broke ground on a site in St. Francois County on a lake and will be finally selling our house here in St.Louis County.

As far as lumping me in with Mitch F in a right wing soup bowl, that's fine as Mitch is my long time friend who I agree with on a lot of subjects. We have had our differences but, in the end always have each others backs.

Blaming Trump for old people not treating this seriously is pretty ~~ stupid on many levels of which I won't go into. Blaming any president for any life situation you find yourself in is asinine and shows yourself as helpless to your surroundings.

My wife and I are gonna take a break for a bit from the rat race and work on each other and our family unit. We were lucky and frugal to be able to save enough money to be able to do this, she will get back into a practice somewhere out in the sticks and provide great healthcare to some rural folks. I will be jobless and looking to get into something that intrigues me but, I am still looking for that task.

To all the OAF crowd please wash yer hands constantly and keep your hard surfaces clean and you should be good to go.

I am taking a break from most social media outlets and will be tuning out, if you have my number consider yourself a friend and call anytime you like to go fishing in my new jet :).

I always liked the OAF forum and enjoyed the differences in everyone, good and bad...…..you guys take care of yourselves and your families and continue to take care of the wonderful rivers, streams and their corridors of our state, you guys ROCK in that sense.

Hang in there Smalliebigs and watch out for boat windshields.  :)

I suspect the virus is a naturally occurring critter but have zero evidence of that.  Re infections show that the virus is not completely stable and lily there will continue to be offshoots and re infections for a long time.  I do believe that it will begin to wind down with not as much of an impact as feared but has already made a huge change in the world,  maybe we as he human race just got put in time out by nature.  Of it is a lab constructed virus we will never know for sure.  Me I am one of those who thinks he can survive about anything but the timing of this one is tough for me, I can't even take care of myself right now.  All in all a big wake up call if the whole virus falls apart today.
