FACTS: This Aint the flu (knowing what we know today - best case 4x the flu 0.4% deaths) If you get this in a heavy enough load.. OUTCOME Sucks = Death (Actively Dying (think drowning) over a day or so????... If you are lucky maybe several hrs???) Ask a Dr.. Not gonna Share on this forum what I believe to be true regarding a Bad Outcome. We're all going to get it so Be Smart....Wear a Mask...Social Distance...Buy Time Till a vaccine OR......if you have to get it.. Get it small!!!!!!! so your body can mount a defense! Right here and this is spot on. No hoax. Currently watching my 80+ year old in-laws waste away little by little, in their own house, not in the hospital. Hospital doesn't want them and can do nothing for them until they need a ventilator. If and when they need a ventilator, they won't make it anyway. My biggest fear outside of that right now is them collapsing on their way to the bathroom and hitting their head. BilletHead 1

ColdWaterFshr Posted April 1, 2020 Posted April 1, 2020 In case any of you think this is a hoax. This past Saturday morning. West St. Louis county. My in-laws. They were sent back home 6 hours later, hospital asked us to come pick them up. We declined, which sounds incredibly selfish. They were delivered back to their house via ambulance where they have been with no available home healthcare options. Late Sunday night, we got the results. Negative for the flu and both have tested positive for COVID-19. What to do now? Send a grandchild in to care for them? there are 23 of those to choose from. Myself? My wife? One of my brother or sister in-laws? Who? Until they need a ventilator (which, it it gets to that point, 86% are goners), the hospital doesn’t want them and they are on their own unless we want to risk it. which is about to happen. They are barely strong enough to do anything including eat or drink water. 9th day of being down for the count. They tell us they want to sleep until it is all over. Going over twice a day to look in on them. Heartbreaking. Be smart. Stay at home. Hats off and great admiration to those on the frontlines, including these two fire department first responders. I would have a very hard time not being with them, Maybe a healthy, single grandchild? Assuming they are adults of course. God bless them and your family. snagged in outlet 3 1

Did they give them any scripts for treatment? Z packs or the hydro? I've read they are not bagging folks in the hospital as fluids are actually hurting versus helping... Vitamin C and anything else to give the immune system a fighting chance should be taken. Hope they can turn the corner...
snagged in outlet 3 Posted April 1, 2020 Posted April 1, 2020 Question. Is it irresponsible for me to go fishing alone? Doesn’t seem to me.

Our stores here are almost back to normal with a few exceptions, i.e. paper goods, wipes and hand soap. I'm now wondering how long that will last. Chill part II.
