Quillback Posted May 15, 2020 Posted May 15, 2020 With heavy rain in the forecast, and the expected rise in the water level at TR, parking spots at the ramps will be limited. Therefore the COE has requested that boat owners use the least amount of space possible to park their rigs. Here's the pic they posted of the recommended way to park. m&m, mixermarkb, BilletHead and 19 others 5 1 15 1

3DHUSKER Posted May 15, 2020 Posted May 15, 2020 Speaking of ramps. I have not been to TRL to fish in 20 years. Looks like I am going to get my chance next week. Are there pay boxes at these ramps like Stockton or what is the procedure at the rock? May put in at Indian point, don't know yet.

Terrierman Posted May 15, 2020 Posted May 15, 2020 Griz Wilson and I launched one day at Rim Shoals. There was us waiting to launch and one other truck and trailer parked in the lot. A guy with a brand new Topwater and trailer was launching when we got there. When he pulled up in the parking lot, he ran his trailer right over the tire and fender of the only trailer that was in the lot. Got out of his Suburban and gave himself a flat spot on his forehead. magicwormman 1

Someone did that to my rig at Big M once (also the only one in the lot). I say "someone" because all he left me was a mangled fender.... no name, no number, no "ooopsie, my bad... snagged in outlet 3 and magicwormman 1 1 I can't dance like I used to.
