Who is the current best Pro?

Just to have a little fun and debate... who do you think is the current best all around pro? This can be MLF, BASS, or FLW. We all know there have been greats over the years, but if you had to put money on one guy to win a tournament this weekend, who would it be? 

I'm going with Jacob Wheeler... he is unreal in all tournament formats. He may annoy me at time, but he seems like a good guy and great fisherman!

I agree with Wheeler, but it's always hard for me to bet against Edwin Evers too.

Every Pro that's ego does not make them say them self will say Jacob Wheeler, right now, not even close   I was in a big discussion with some of the tour guys and they all said Wheeler and on top of him being a super hand, he is just lucker then heck.

Guy is so versatile it is unreal, does not matter what bait is in his hand he is deadly with it.  One of the guys said he is a guy that can pull up on a smooth point in the middle of the day, make one cast and a school of 4 pounders will blow up around him

Are the current tourneys paying more that what KVD won?  In golf the current prize money is so stupid everyday players surpass Jock and Arnie by a mile.   KVD certainly has not done well on MLF.  I vote Wheeler too.  He just in TN too.

KVD came along at the right time and is and was just a Tenacious Bull Dog.  Question was who is the best hand right now. and that's not Kevin however I do agree with you on him getting it done and probably not only age but having got it done and not needing to anymore kind of takes him out of the running

Yes Snagged you are right.  Your going to have to judge the accomplishment of these guys by titles as with anything, some of these young guys will eventually win more money, and that is not even looking at the business aspect if you throw that into total earnings.

I would have been right there with Evers, but Wheeler is amazing. My next door neighbor a few years back was telling me to keep an eye on Wheeler, said he used to fish against him back in Indiana. Ron was right...

KVD is the GOAT no debate, but Wheeler is the man in 2020. I agree, it would be hard to go against Evers... but I think I'd have to go Wheeler if I was forced to choose. 

Like Bill said, he finds them in all bodies of water. Shallow or deep. He is a stud. 

I'm just pumped pro fishing is back. I love BASS and MLF for different reasons, and to the ones that feel like they have to pick sides...just chill and enjoy watching and learning from the best
