Members Patlock Posted August 31, 2020 Members Posted August 31, 2020 My wife caught this little guy last week. Looks like he was dyed with blue Koolaid. That's the only fish tale I have. m&m, snagged in outlet 3, top_dollar and 5 others 7 1
Quillback Posted August 31, 2020 Posted August 31, 2020 I've been fishing the local Bella Vista lakes lately, just not up for the one hour drive for a few hours of morning fishing. But looks like the weather is going to cool down again, the kids are back in school and we will soon have Labor Day weekend in the rearview mirror so things are looking up. m&m, magicwormman, Terrierman and 3 others 6

Yeah, well, we're headed back down on the 12th and until you can put our weeklong visit in that rearview mirror it won't be safe to go outside! How's everyone feel about snow in mid September this year? Champ188, IL Fisherman and magicwormman 1 2 "Never underestimate the power of stupid people in large groups." 196champ Posted August 31, 2020 Posted August 31, 2020 I was out Saturday Morning from 6:00AM - 10:30AM Fished a 3/4 oz dixie jet and a 3" swimbait on a 1/4 oz head, boated 35 or so. 2 small walleye and about 10 keepers, a few nice largemouth. Fished around Shell Knob, ran into Bill at the grocery store yesterday and sounded like he had a nice morning of catching too Daryk Campbell Sr, magicwormman and Quillback 3

You're welcome. I figure the least I can do is provide fair warning. IL Fisherman Posted September 1, 2020 Posted September 1, 2020 Vernon, in my 30 years coming down I have had everything for upper 90's to 50's in September. Snow would not suprise me. I prefer not to sweat so cooler is better. magicwormman and Champ188 2
