18 New Cara's are Here

Have not gotten my price yet but I did get 18 rods yesterday. 

Couple of things, this was not my total order just a few rods. I have to inventory what they sent and reorder as there are no back orders. 

I don't think any are swim jig rods, I'm guessing Squirrel tail and Amistad. 

Just looked at Tackle warehouse and they don't have a single Falcon.   I think the price point for the Cara's is going to be $269.00 but don't know yet. As you know I will have a much better deal than that.

Here is what I have as far as Falcon Cara’s that are new and not pre-fished 

1 CCB-4-165-JBS-T7 JB Special

2 CCB-6-174 HC SIGNATURE Full Handle

8 CS-4-17M  Squirrel tail/Nestor Falls Spin  

8 CC-6-174. Amistad  

The 17M and the 174 at the bottom are the new Cara’s.

I do have a number of pre-fished I’m going to sell as soon as I can get the new Cara’s to replace them, and may have a few Signatures Swim Jig rods and Squirrel tails for sale now, but not much discount on any of the used ones $189.00 @ picked up. 

Just checked and I have the following used. 

4. CS-3-17ML Squirrel tail special’s

4. MMC-5F-172 Swim Jig

Should know the price next week, on the new ones. I’m guessing either $219.00 or $209.00 picked up at the lodge.  Shipped is $28.00 more  All the new rods I have listed above are the same price.

The rep. At Falcon said they have 10’s of thousands of rods ordered and already sold and are waiting for them, with no arrival time table available. 

It’s just crazy right now.  

I’m sending in another order so if you want something particular let me know and I’ll order it.  Have no idea if I can get it or when it will arrive.  Sorry that’s the world we now live in.

I bought one of the CC-6-174. Amistad - very nice - now there should be no reason for me not to catch lots of fish everyday. 😀

Hey Bill , I was wondering if you know what the equivalent to this rod is ? I’ve looked but it seems they no longer make it . By far the best rod I’ve ever owned for skipping a jig at LOZ . I’m a short guy … plus it’s one heck of a big spinner bait rod . Expert 6’11 froggin/pitchin

I think that also had a Jason Christie frog rod like that. I don't see it in the new Cara line. Closest they have is the Head Turner.

5 new Amistad came yesterday. 

Price on these rods is $229.00 no tax picked up. If shipped add $20. 

Price structure is totally strange and hard for me as each shipment of the same rods is varying up and down. Crazy.

Do you have any good drop shot spinning rods? My boy is turning 8 on Nov 4 and loves drop shoting and would like to get him a nice rod. New or used would be fine.
