Johnsfolly Posted September 23, 2021 Posted September 23, 2021 I would still have a problem if they took their legal limits of 320 squirrels. Way too much pressure. snagged in outlet 3 and MoCarp 2
snagged in outlet 3 Posted September 23, 2021 Posted September 23, 2021 I hope they get a stiff penalty. Really sad. Johnsfolly 1

Game fines really are weak even for big game animals that are poached. For squirrels I doubt the group gets anything more than $800 to $1000 in fines. Hopefully we can get a follow up. Gross and blatant gigging of freshly stocked Trout, and several Smallmouth was reported between NRO and Barclay on the Niangua.....and after 4 days had past not a single MDC person even showed up to go look at them. snagged in outlet 3 and Smalliebigs 2

Each agent in assigned counties that is posted on the MDC website with the contact number. You can get in touch direct and bypass the 800 game theft number. That will get you more results faster.
