Ford does not bother to tell which or how much, just an annoying idiot signal. One looked low, but station wanted $2 for air, would have taken a week or more for reimbursement. I dropped into the local tire shop and waited an hour to have them check the pressure. Free. I hate all of the new tech and sensors in the rigs we drive today. Too much info and most is worthless. So your hour of time spent an hour was only worth 2 bucks. MOstreamer 1

45acp Posted January 20, 2022 Posted January 20, 2022 Steeples are used to attach wire to a wooden fence post. If you don't have a tire pressure gauge in the glove box of your truck it's time to turn in your man card. Gavin, snagged in outlet 3 and nomolites 2 1
aarchdale@coresleep.com Posted January 20, 2022 Posted January 20, 2022 I put some nice wheels on our Lexus and since they were a two piece wheel with the valve in a very odd place they told us they couldn't put the tire sensors in them(im sure they could have figured it out for the right price) anyway, i got the wheel sensors had them programmed to the car and glues up some PVC pipe and put a schrader valve in it, threw the sensors in and pressurized it and threw it in the trunk, been 8 months now with no anooying lights snagged in outlet 3, Terrierman and nomolites 2 1

Ryan Miloshewski Posted January 20, 2022 Posted January 20, 2022 Also, check your coolant/antifreeze. Block was missing about 4 qts today. “To those devoid of imagination a blank place on the map is a useless waste; to others, the most valuable part.”--Aldo Leopold

Nope, i did find out the that there is a sensor in the spare too, and if it gets low it triggers the light too. Its an older car so it just has a tire pressure warning and doesnt tell which tire it is snagged in outlet 3 1

Sensor says they're low if they hit 69. Have to get them up to 80 to reset. Both front tires were at 63 PSIG. Sensor says they're low if they hit 59. Have to get them to 70 to reset. That's too much air but it is impossible to reprogram the TPMS and I cannot stand warning lights so I run them the way the factory wants me to. Happy now?
