Fishing University- O.H. Ivey

Since we had a topic on this, skimming through the guide I see that Fishing U. is doing a show on O.H.  1130 AM on the Outdoor channel tomorrow and probably a few more times during the week.  I can hardly stand watching Fishing U. but will try and suffer through this one mainly to see the lake and how it fishes.

Good luck to you on that. That's the worst TV show in the history of outdoor TV fishing shows. If you really wanna know how it fishes go to YouTube and type in oh Ivie bass fishing and get ya some popcorn and a Busch light cause your gonna be entertained.  And you won't have to listen to them talk about their Honda motor for 10 minutes and then talk to some random school kids that literally have no clue who they are for the other 20.

I second what Travis said.  That is one of the worst fishing shows ever created.  All they do is push sponsor product from 2 guys who aren't even what I would consider good fishermen.

Fishing shows in general have been getting worse but that one SUX!  I'd rather listen to @fishinwrenchpontificate about white bass and fisheries biologists.   Again...😂

They are so bad, I refuse to buy cedar creek jerky because they sponsor Ray and Charlie. Good jerky, absolutely terrible show.

I just dread the commercials cause it breaks the suspense!

Oh wait.  The whole thing IS a commercial.

And, yeah, the school lecture deal is embarrassing.

Well I held my nose and watched it.  Charlie's side kick (can't remember his name) hasn't been on this year and appears to have been replaced by Charlie's son.  Hasn't made it any better.  I don't know how that show keeps going on.

They did catch fish, they had a couple of young guns as guests that were glued to the FFS screen, throwing Damiki rigs or something like that.

There are 2 types on here.  One type pokes at me constantly, insists on having the last word, and keeps me fueled......

....and another type that says, "God, I can't stand that guy, he's always going on & on about something".   For those I say WALK A MILE....!
