That was next door and he black topped it.   He really did a great job, put 3 tubes in and a bunch of gravel. After we finish the outdoor building for the boat and my truck we’re going to blacktop the drive.  

Don’t want the concrete trucks running over the new BT while they’re pouring my garage floor.

Beautiful view. North shore of the lake? Trying to determine where I'm looking down from and what part of the lake I'm looking down upon.

Hobbs Hollow on the East Shore looking West toward the 39 Hwy. Shell Knob bridge. 

Campbell Point is just to the right. Looking up stream you can just almost see the bridge. 

There are only 6 houses here and a total of 10 lots. All the lots are  at least 2 acres. 

5 minutes to H hwy. ramp, 10 minutes to Shell Knob bridge ramp and 15 minutes to the Eagle Rock ramp. 

12 minutes to Shell Knob, 15 minutes to Berryville, 20 minutes to KC and 30 minutes to Branson.

Your absolute right, we really did. Home needs a new deck top and we’re going to change the siding but the location is one you just about can no longer find. 

We negotiated the price some, but it was really priced fairly to begin with. 

Garage is a 3 car but we’re going to add 1200 sq. ft. Metal building for the fishing and hunting gear and black top the drive.  Not going to rush.

I have had people try to bargain with me about what it will cost the get something painted like a bedroom and I always tell them I don't need the practice.
