What do you all know about em?  They are catching K’s on Norman with them and the bait is 1/2 the size of the fish.

Looked online  and got STICKER SHOCK in a hurry. Geeeez prices $25.00 to SEVEN HUNDRED BIGGINS.

Have any of you all ever fished one on TR?  Looks to be about time to try it if you have extremely deep pockets.

Ordered a couple of 6th Sense "Trace" 5" swimbaits just a couple of days ago.  $24.99 each, not too bad in the swimbait world.  They weight just short of an ounce and you can get floaters, slow sinkers or fast sinkers.  I haven't fished swimbaits or glidebaits much at all, but I plan on giving them a shot.

I have thrown the River2Sea S Waver a bit, had a couple of decent fish follow it, but no hookups.  They are reasonably priced and have good reviews on TW.

I was watching how EE was working the bait, couple of twitches, then a pause.  Same way Crews was working a Spro prototype on a recent fishing show.

I have S-Wavers. One is modified. They look good coming through the water, but I find that casting them accurately is nearly impossible so attempting to fish them WELL around docks is pointless.

I've yet to have a good day fishing hard glide-baits.  I'll still rely on Virgil Conners Sluggo knockoffs until the last one bites the dust.  I think I probably own the last bushel basket full of them that is in existence.

They’ve been catching fish for years down there . I’m not a glide bait guy , but there’s a couple guys down there that catch big ones on them. Mostly the KGB baits . @MOswimbaitslinger has some giants on glides . If he sees this he might share some pics .

The Spro one they were throwing is a KGB knockoff.  From what I have heard you have to get on a waiting list to get one of those KGB's.  I'm not going to do it.

I think you just have to catch them whenever he sells a load of them . There’s not really a list , he just drops a certain number of lures and it’s first come.

I saw enough on-line to invest in some entry level glide baits last year. Fished them on two outings at TR and was amazed at the amount fish and the size of some that followed to the boat.  They have a drawing power that’s hard to believe until you see it in person. From what I’ve seen that’s just part of the  deal. You may have to watch a lot of them not commit, but the ones you do catch, make up for it.
