It's official.... I'm old

I know alot of you guys can relate...

I got my medicare card... signed up for all the D's and G's and supplemental ABC's yesterday.

Can't believe 65 years have passed... but I am super grateful for being blessed as we have been.

Started the day at 3:30, ball at 5:30 with a great bunch of guys and having a bible study with 3 awesome guys at 1 pm... may be a little fishing later this evening.

And of course thankful for this community of people.  I hope to meet more of you face to face in the coming years.

Happy Birthday and Congrats.  We are all better for all you have done for Taney and on here.  Thanks for all of it!  When we see you on the water we refer to you as "The Godfather of Taney"

          It's a milestone!  Happy birthday. Just about four months between us Phil but I got there first.  From here on out every day is just another day. Next milestone I suppose seeing our offspring succeed and most of all meeting our maker  .

A young lady at our church was born at 8 PM on 8/8/88. They asked the doctor if she could be born on that date at 8:08 pm and the doctor  said “Don’t push it” 😂

Congrats to all you that scrimped and saved for your future, may your wildest dreams come true! I, on the other hand, never having any expectation of living to 40, burnt my candle on the other end (more fun than any 3 men deserve), and am resigned now to working till I can't. Lately I've lamented that a bit, realizing I could've done anything I wanted to. Then it came to me, that's exactly what I did.
