Terrierman Posted March 16 Posted March 16 Another one from the director of "My Octopus Teacher" which if you have not seen it you should. This one is about a young Pangolin (a type of armored ant-eater) that is rescued from poachers and raised to adulthood by a very dedicated volunteer. I'd never even heard of a pangolin but the movie was another victory. Apparently they're heavily trafficked and all 8 species are either endangered or threatened. Watch and learn. Recommended. Flysmallie Posted March 16 Posted March 16 Watched this a while back. Very interesting creature. Terrierman 1
fishinwrench Posted March 16 Posted March 16 Weren't we originally told that is where COVID came from ? "A pangolin ate a bat"....or some crazyness like that 🙄 snagged in outlet 3 and Terrierman 2
Quillback Posted March 16 Posted March 16 Pangolin is a high priced delicacy in China. And they can carry a form of coronavirus. Personally, speaking I would not eat one. 😃 I''ll keep an eye out for the show. Terrierman and Nick Adams 2

If you remember it's not cooking it wrong. You once showed us when you did some posting on the cooking forum way back when you were searing ribeye's outside because of the smoke and how you could eat them every day. Sometimes you did more than one day a week. You don't want to cook them wrong, would you? Yes, don't fib to us because they can be cooked wrong, very wrong. snagged in outlet 3 and nomolites 2 "We have met the enemy and it is us", Pogo If you compete with your fellow anglers, you become their competitor, If you help them you become their friend" Lefty Kreh " Never display your knowledge, you only share it" Lefty Kreh "Eat more bass and there will be more room for walleye to grow!" Ham Posted March 17 Posted March 17 Im Team Pangolin. I’ve know about them since the mid 80’s. Stuff like this makes me hate people. Maybe they should drop a hammer on poachers. Terrierman and nomolites 2 Every Saint has a past, every Sinner has a future. On Instagram @hamneedstofish
Terrierman Posted March 17 Author Posted March 17 And @fishinwrench - a Pangolin couldn't eat a bat if it tried. They live on termites and ants, have a mouth hole about the size of a dime, a six inch tongue and no teeth. You know, like your dream woman. Johnsfolly 1
