Just saw on the news that the Bella Vista police talked a man down from the top of the water tower.  Yep, it was Champ.

Poor Champ has his boat company bought by Johnny and now his spinnerbait company bought by Pradco. Hope there is a good counselor to help him through this. LOL

HOA dues will be about $20,000 annually but there will be lots of really cool water falls to look at!
