Lets let the poor Hybrid debate rest for a minute, just temporary I am sure,

What have we shared with the world that they no longer want?   Google is my friend :) .

Red-eared sliders. You all remember them as dime store pets.

American Lobster

Bullfrog

Gray Squirrel

Raccoon

Mink

Louisiana Crawfish

Largemouth Bass

Rosy Wolf Snail

Colorado Potato Beetle

...trout, pheasants ...

...wait—are we upset about manmade fish in a manmade lake? I’ve lost track.

Trout? Brown Trout? Guilty as charged! Ok just in some places. In New York they are being killed where they have displaced native brook trout. Same in California displacing native golden trout.

Pheasants? I think you dodged a bullet on that one Ness :) .  Good move buddy,

I was in Davenport, IA a couple weeks ago and saw a black squirrel running across a lawn. My first. Totally off topic but this is as good a place as any to say it.

Carry on.

i have a few back squirrels and albino deer here on LOZ.  The Black squirrels will be gone before summers end. Bella the coon cat that lives next door seems to prefer them.

As far as the hybrid, thing goes I am down on one of the best point in my area a lot of summer and fall evenings. I can say we go weeks at time not catching whites in this place and it used to best spots. It was so good when I came in from a evening from  down here my wife made me take off my clothes on the porch. For those of you who do not understand that. Big white bass with a bunch of shad already in there belly will shower you and your oat with sh__  when you are landing them. Hybrids do not seem to do that much. Thankfully! They average a lot bigger than whites and could really make a awful mess.

Isn't it amazing that everything that is undesirable is claimed to have been brought here from some far away place?  As if nothing but perky boobs, yummy fruit, and happy thoughts can come from America.

I THINK THIS IS THE BEST QUOTE I HAVE EVER HEARD. I ABOUT FELL OUT OF MY CHAIR LAUGHING. THANKS WRENCH.
