David - I also love Man's Favorite Sport! It is hilarious when they discuss the proper etiquette of fishing tournaments when you look at what fishing tournaments are like now. Don't know how many anglers today would disqualify themselves due to a bear helping them catch a fish!

Ok, that’s two recommendations. Good enough fer me...

Mine is pretty obvious Blazerman because that was my fist jet boat. When I bought it, I looked at a lot of different boats and narrowed it down to two I liked. Weldcraft and Blazer. Found a decent used Blazer like I was looking for by Doniphan that was used on the Current. So I ran down there and bought it. That was about 12 years ago and back then you did not see many Blazers on the Meramec. Now it seems like every outboard jet is a Blazer and I am on my second one.

My avatar is a nice smallmouth I caught on a jerkbait on the Meramec in December many moons ago.

Pat(rick) is my given name.  Named after my uncle Pat that was a US Army medic and KIA in Viet Nam.  Panel 39W Line 18.

I have a bunch of nicknames.  Patman, Pattywhacker, Patmandude, and my favorite, Uncle P.  I'm sure @Flysmalliewill chime in with some that are a bit less kid friendly.

Fish{ing) something I don't do enough of recently.  Need to fix that.

Avatar is my first salty fish on the fly.  Redfish, intercoastal out of Santa Rosa Beach FL with Capt Tom http://www.destiny-unbound.com

Pretty much all of the boys I worked with on the railroad had a nickname-some good, some not so good and some very appropriate. Evidently I resemble an old barnyard cartoon buffoon with my mannerisms and line of bs.

One of my favorite Looney Toons characters of all time!

My name is fairly straightforward.  When this forum started up, I was in college and fishing down at taney a bunch.  I would mostly night fish after classes, but also spent a ton of time fishing during the day.  Many times while fishing at night, while waiting for the water to drop, or otherwise, I would take a nap on the picnic tables at the pavilion.  I guess you could say that's when my trout bum days started.  Mo-Trout-bum--a Missouri Trout Bum.  I no longer live in Missouri, but I'll always be a motroutbum.

There are two types of people. Those who dream dreams and wish, then there are the do'ers. I am a do'er!

You can just picture the situation when he said,  ‘I keep my feathers numbered for just such an emergency.’

I call geese with no call.  Started when I was in grade school.  I could mimic Canadas, Specks, and Snows until I had a bad case of strep throat.  Now I can only do Canada and Snows and the Canada sounds are not as sharp or high pitched.

( I would have likely chosen Goosetalker, but on the first forum ever got on, that name was already taken)
