Rancher in one of the local counties back in the 60's got in trouble for allowing people to hunt deer on his land regardless of the time of year it was. Local MDC went to his land to confront him along with a local newspaper writer. Was quite a story as the rancher,"Cowboy" stated those deer on his property were his and he could charge whatever he wanted for hunters to kill them.  A fight soon broke out between the rancher and the game warden with the reporter witnessing the whole affair. The rancher won the first round, but lost the next two as the next visit to his ranch included 2 highway patrolman. Ended up paying a pretty good fine and I think a little jail time.

.If i hit a deer with my vehicle, who is writing the check, since these animals roaming, belong to you?

oh that deer, that is the one that belonged to you. Too bad.

You all know that the feds have a law requiring identification of all hunters- it's part of collecting child support from deadbeat dads and moms, MDC didn't make that law. Your favorite congressman was the guy in Washington DC that submitted that and a past US President signed it. Take this complaint up with Trump.

Don’t you have carp to catch?

Who’s to say it isn’t paid off? And, what would you know about anything hunting related?

Nah I can’t hunt🙄 Somewhere on here I posted all my hunting and trapping pics

I learned awhile back that if my dog steps on your property you are perfectly legal to shoot him.

Time of day doesn't matter, you can even use a spotlight.

No claims of damage or threat are required.   You can even bait him with a hot female or a pile of meat.

But somebody's deer?  Noooooo!  🙄

You can’t shoot someone’s dog on your property, long standing case of old drum

Last time I searched the SOS website, it was against Mo. laws to kill your own dog and you are required to employ a Veterinarian. For dogs belonging to other people, you must call the county sheriff,  make a trespass complaint and the sheriff must notify the dogs owner. Only after the third time can anyone do anything except female doggy.   So get picture off that dog with your hand in it's mouth, use SSS.

Those rules don't apply in my county.  I even had a deputy stop by and warn me not to touch the guy afterwards.

They shot my dog (blew a hole out of his shoulder the size of a grapefruit) then called the sheriff for protection after they found out the dog wasn't dead and that I knew who did it.   I got home from the vet and a deputy was sitting here waiting for me.
