All these fishermen glued to their screen will help keep my chiropractic practice busy 😎.
I think FFS is really cool but really frustrating when they come up and don’t bite. Had my fair share last winter watching them not eat damiki rigs so went to the bank and had better luck on jigs and jerkbait. It still takes tons of practice to get it dialed in where you can see your bait and fish at the same time. I still have trouble sometimes and mine is probably not tuned right. I would like to to know the ins and outs but it is very time consuming.

The announcers talked about that on the Bassmasters.   😂

I'm watching the Classic (which is 4 hours of fishing that @Sethruined for me😂) and more than one guy has said he knew the size of the fish he was looking at.  On the last day Christie went back to his "get a limit" honey hole and the fish were gone.  And so he left.  I think without FFS he might have stayed or at least stayed longer fishing for fish that aren't there anymore.   All of them talk about how fish that are in groups bite more often than loners.   They definitely have it dialed in.

I was going to mention that Christie ended up winning that final day with old school dock fishing and that is had zero to do with Livescope but that would have been incorrect. Livescope told him right away that the fish had left so he knew to move on to something else. Not seeing fish can be just as helpful as seeing them. I've not thought about it from that standpoint.

Heck yeah!   Pulling in and seeing nothing is a huge advantage.

That poor lake has got pounded over the last year. It shows how much damage one Youtuber can do if people expose his location.  I heard an interview and he didnt want to say the name of the lake but since they weighed a share lunker the Texas Parks and Wildlife listed where it was.  Locals are pissed and the people who own businesses there are happy.  Most the country never had even heard of that lake until last winter

Here is the link if anyone wants to see it

Josh Jones weighing in Share a Lunker sized fish every other week isn't helping it either. People are paying him 2k/day to take them out fishing now. He said people have offered up to 5k! It blows my mind that people would throw that kind of money towards catching a stinkin bass.

Catching a 10 lb bass to some is like shooting a 140" plus class whitetail. Especially for folks like out this way where 6 lb bass are pretty rare. Lots of folks pay $5K or more for that chance. I wouldn't do it but understand the thought behind it.
