    Hey Billethead - Love the old stove. My Dad had one very similar to that. He called it a wash stove. Need to get that outta his garage sometime.

    He sold the tunnel hull with the 70 HP suzuki. If someone wants it I believe the new owner is selling it.

    Pride in doing a good job and being responsible is on the employee. Kids today frequently call in and say I don't feel like working today and companies let them get away with it as they can't hire enough people.

    Used to fish the Meramec all the time when I lived in St. James while going to college in Rolla. Sure miss those days.

    Usually the high school question comes up when folks know you grew up in the Loo. Since you grew up in Springtown why would they ask ya?

    Eastsiders don't want folks besmirching their town or even worse the high school they went to. Soon as they know you grew up in the Lou they ask what school you went to. As in high school not college/university. Never understood that. I suppose it is just an indirect way of stereotyping a person. As for the City of St. Louis maybe it should be shortened to St. Loo.
