I agree with the stouts and Pinot Noir and Merlot when I am drinking reds. Prefer the dry wines over sweet wines. Love to use Pinot noir for braising venison 😁

What is it about an air show that turns me in to a 5 year old kid again?  The sound of a 1900 HP radial engine whipping around 12 feet of twisted metal blade is something to behold.  Equal terror, fascination, and awe.  TBM Avenger.
