Fish24/7
I'm the only person who has reported since way back in May(last time I looked for another fishing report ) Why should I be the only one sharing? It's no secret how to catch bass or anything else on Bull. People know about the lake too , it's not a secret either. By the time someone reads a bass fishing report here, that bite and or pattern has probably changed anyway. Unless you're throwing a homemade lures nobody else has keep them a secret of course ,lol like I do. Don't have to give specific details either like line lures which cove or creek.. Depth water temp general location bluffs points brush ect. is enough to get anybody pointed in the right direction to start. I've shared enough information on seasonal patterns to put anybody on fish bass crappie gills ect during any season of the year. You're welcome 😉 The crappie fishing has been amazing for months . Been catching them with the same baits and presentations since April. Have yet to catch a crappie deeper than 12' post spawn. They are down there deep, but the shallow fish are 10x more aggressive from what I've found. We jigged some out of brush in 6' of water on the bottom two weeks ago, mostly black crappie then, but every Fall the white crappie move shallow too, need to get out there soon and see if they are hanging out on the shallow flats adjacent to the main creek channel and/or if they have also moved into the brush now with the blacks . Usually by the time the Oak leaves drop in Ozark county MO that's prime Fall crappie time on Bull imo. Good luck to everyone ! Catch you later 😉 Daryk Campbell Sr, Johnsfolly, Champ188 and 4 others

Fish24/7 has been one of the regular reporters on BS. Did a great job. But you can't expect someone to keeping sharing without some help. If you really want ppl to share general reports again, start sharing yourselves. Daryk Campbell Sr, grizwilson and Johnsfolly

Ham
TBF, as difficult as it is to get a boat in the water at > 684, I don't think Bull had normal fishing traffic through the summer. to everything there is a season, I like to fish BSL when the water temp is 75 and dropping to 40 degrees and then in the Spring when it is > 45 degrees until the water gets lousy with water skiers. I LOVE Bull Shoals, but I also want to fish everywhere else too. Johnsfolly 1 Every Saint has a past, every Sinner has a future. I will still post my reports, i work a week on and a week off so i usually wait until i have to back to work before i post up reports, otherwise you get a lot of company. I have learned my lesson. 5-6 years ago I posted stuff up and how i was doing it and I was the only one there, and then i go back to have 5 other boats doing the exact same thing in the exact spot i reported. All you lurkers out there that have a 0 post count that just come here for info and never post need to get a new hobby. Go iron your Jersey and move on. I have been on some other forums non fishing related that require a minimum amount of post before they can go to certain sub forums. snagged in outlet 3
I saw that happen years ago. That’s why I never put a location or show baits in my pictures. I’ve been saying on here for years people drastically underestimate the amount of internet scouting that goes on here. Heck I finally bought a jet boat because of the guys posting about the river fishing. So I guess I’m somewhat guilty. Daryk Campbell Sr
Devan S.
I think the reality is that of the hundreds of people that post consistently only 10ish provide any sort of actual reports. The rest are just here for the banter or fishing related topics. You can give a lot of information in a report without ever giving a good location or bait used, heck delayed information can and does benefit. I will admit river guys have a more difficult time doing this due to the size of water. I like the idea of putting a post counter to view but honestly there is tons of information shared on Facebook to the point that nothing is really a secret anymore.
