m&m Posted January 10, 2023 Posted January 10, 2023 It’s with mixed emotions that I let you know my fishing partner and Ozark Angler member patlock (Patrick Loughran) passed away today. Many of you know Patrick from the OAF Tournament as he spent time cooking the hot dogs. Patrick last fished the OAf tourney in 2021 and 3 days later was diagnosed with a brain tumor. He spent the past 22 months fighting the cancer but it spread to other organs. The picture was taken around thanksgiving this year. Since then his health deteriorated rapidly and he spent the last 6 weeks in the hospital and finally he was placed on hospice the past 2 weeks. He will be missed. RIP Patrick. cheesemaster Posted January 10, 2023 Posted January 10, 2023 Man that’s hard to hear about. I met him a few times at the OA tournament and he was always extremely nice and very easy to talk with. He seemed like the kind of guy that was just high on life. I am sorry to hear you lost a friend Mike. I will pray for friends and family. m&m, crazy4fishin, nomolites and 3 others 6
Daryk Campbell Sr Posted January 11, 2023 Posted January 11, 2023 Sad news, but thank you for sharing with us. He was a very friendly person, and will be missed in the spring. Carl W Posted January 11, 2023 Posted January 11, 2023 He was very nice and friendly and I always enjoyed visiting with him. I noticed he was not there this year and was sad to learn about the cancer. I am saddened again to hear this. Hopefully he is heaven and all well now. RIP Pat. m&m, Terrierman, crazy4fishin and 1 other 4
