I've witnessed it a number of times.   Most recently last September, and sadly it was a derby that I helped organize and run.   Enough floated that it upset us pretty bad. We had another scheduled for the following week and we cancelled it.

Just finished weighing in a scoping contest today though.....and all seemed to swim off just fine.   22.32# to win 👍Screenshot_20240319-184638.png

Did any of them have the new Livescope goggles?

Day two of the first no live scope tournament trail . They’re fishing like real men again ! Nothing fancy about it , non stop heart pounding action . Glad someone finally stepped up and gave us what we wanted …IMG_1950.jpeg

Looks like this guy is staring at the screen to me. Maybe his graphs aren't set for scoping but that isn't the picture I would show for a non scope event. LOL

I'm glad you said it.  I thought I was missing something so I just held my tongue....😆

The limit of current consumer FFS ability is the size of the boat. Or at least how much of your boat you're willing to use for it. The really cool stuff is simply too big and complex for a bass boat. Check out the CODA Octopus system they're using at the Key site now. Heavy equipment operators are building underwater riprap structures with live displays of where their loads went. It all trickles down from DoD tech, and we can only guess at that.

I saw a guy post his FFS images of the Key Bridge the day after it happened.
