i would like to debate him on his viewpoint of the how well the mdc is managing the fishery on table rock.  does not doing anything qualify as managing the fish population of a lake?

I'm pretty sure that "stakeholders" is another term for "people that agree with us."

Consequently, you and me is either disqualified or overqualified but, either way, irrelevant to the issue.

it's probably closer to "people that are paying us."

They are politicians. They don't do anything unless they are making something off of it.

The MDC does not really manage a thing other than how they are told to by there superiors. Who are told to to do by there superiors. Who are told to by the politician. Who are told by special interest with money to influance everything.

I was wandering that myself Champ, along with the dropping temps and the forecast of much more flooding rains. Will it cause them to abandon the nest??

Length limits, creel limits, sampling of populations, enforcement, addition of habitat, testing water quality along with other agencies, yep doing nothing.  MDC doesn't act upon the legislatures i.e. politicians desires, their funding is mostly through sales tax,  they may not do what every single one of us wants but they do a lot.  I admit that the amount of habitat that Table Rock could stand to have added is a LOT, crews working full time, year round certainly wouldn't over do it.  Color me an MDC fan boy if yiu wish I can deal with that.  I certainly don't agree with every thing they do.
