Brain sandwiches used to be a popular bar food in South St. Louis. My grandfather used to like them. I have not seen them on a menu in about 15 years.

My Grandfather died from that disease in 1994.  Imagine the effects of alzheimers compressed into two weeks.  It has like a 20 year incubation period
